A FAMILY BUSINESS NOW INTO THE THIRD GENERATION

For more than 100 years, the restaurant and nearby butchers has been in the ownership of the same family.  In April 1992, the sisters Irma Mayer and Elizabeth Herterich, and her husband Hermut Herterich, took over the running of the Schwäbisch-Hall business and have led it blending tradition with innovation.

GUESTFRIENDLYNESS IN A NEW FORM

The guesthouse, the hotel room and the adjacent butchers was in 2017 renovated and since then offer more than standard hospitality.
Here is a fusion of guest friendliness with cosiness providing a special stay in our Hohenloher land.  
An array of regional delicacies is available for your tasting, as our kitchen is known throughout the region.
