Schwäbisch Hall is the center of the Hohenlohe region. This old imperial and salt city on the Kocher and Jagst rivers is the tourist and cultural center of the district of the same name.
Due to its rich history, Schwäbisch Hall - once one of Europe's largest salt trading centers - has a unique historic old town. The magnificent half-timbered houses and the numerous Renaissance and Baroque buildings bear witness to the splendor of bygone days. Schwäbisch Hall has a reputation far beyond the country's borders due to its exceptional range of art and culture. The Freilichtspiele (Open Air Theatre) Schwäbisch Hall or the Kunsthalle (Art Museum) Würth are just two highlights here.

Our hotel "Zum Hirsch" in the district Hessental, due to its central yet quiet location is an ideal starting point. This applies both to a journey of discovery in the medieval lanes of the old town of Schwäbisch Hall, which are only three kilometers away, as well as for a bicycle excursion or hike to the idyllic countryside with its green meadows and dreamy valleys.
The hotel has retained its cosiness even after a renovation in 2008, through tender loving care. The 19 bed rooms, with capacity for 33 hotel guests, allow you to relax and offer all the comforts of a modern hotel.
The catering services range from the rich breakfast buffet (included in the room price) over half board to full board.
As a service, the hotel offers opportunities for meetings or leisure activities (e.g. bike rental). This applies alike to business travelers, hikers, bicycle groups or motorcyclists, but also families.
